Ariel De La Mora
CEO
When Noah Kahan sang “You’re Gonna Go Far,” I took it as a personal mission. Now, my Arizona-raised ass is sitting pretty in Lisbon, Portugal. Two years later, and it still doesn’t feel real.
I believe in chasing BIG dreams (like living in Europe with the love of my life). I believe in creating change and living boldly. And I believe in using my voice and skills to build something that matters.
So I created The Confident Collab, a social media agency for small businesses. My goal is to help female founders who care deeply about their business and are ready to show up intentionally online. The Confident Collab exists because I want every person I work with to walk away actually feeling confident—in their content, their voice, their ideas, and in themselves.

I married my middle school best friend. We moved from Arizona to Spain, and now to Lisbon, Portugal. Are we insane? Yeah, probably. Would we have it any other way? Hard no.

Outside of work, he calls himself the “house husband” and takes care of cooking and entertaining our two very needy dogs.

Luna
Head of Barketing
Luna is an eight-year-old Australian cattle dog. She loves her parents, playing fetch, and long walks on the beach. (And by walks, we mean the most chaotic zoomies you’ve ever seen.) She assists The Confident Collab team by begging for attention at all hours of the day and night. And by being so stinking cute, we can’t even be mad about it.
Peach
Barketing Assistant
Peach is the newest member of The Confident Collab team. She’s a three(ish?)-year-old Portuguese Podengo that was found on the streets here in Lisbon, covered in fleas and ticks. Now, she is happily adopted from a local rescue and loves to play like a cat, snuggle under blankets, and be held like a baby. She makes frequent guest appearances on consult and strategy calls.
